Customer Service/New Accounts Representatives are bank associates who are highly experienced in all forms of retail banking transactions and provide excellent customer service. These experienced bankers suggest banking products and services to customers to complete their financial needs, open a variety of checking, savings and time deposit accounts, assist in the consumer lending area and assist customers with inquiries, problems, and directions.
IT Help Desk: This part time IT Tech position is primarily responsible for Help Desk coverage including diagnosing and resolving IT related problems in a timely manner and assisting IT staff members with network, software and hardware related tasks and responsibilities. A college diploma or technical degree in computer science, information systems or a business related field is preferred; however direct work experience in the field of network support or administration may be substituted for formal education in the IT field.
